At Bene Weddings, every product is thoughtfully designed and customized to reflect the unique vision of our clients. Due to the personalized nature of our products and services, all orders are considered final once approved and processed.

Customized & Personalized Products

All bespoke wedding stationery, invitations, signage, hampers, tags, stickers, digital designs, and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable after final design approval or production commencement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at beneinvito@gmail.com along with clear photographs of the issue. Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or correction of the affected item.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable content, all digital purchases are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Order Cancellation

Before Design & Production

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided design work or production has not commenced. Any payment gateway or processing charges incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

After Design Work Begins

Once consultation, concept development, artwork preparation, customization, or production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
